Cardinal will develop, communicate and implement quality
standards that will be site specific to our customer. Our
supervisors and management team will fully support our employees by
providing them with the training, tools, and equipment to achieve
our quality standards. Cardinal will build quality in all that we
do by constantly searching for new opportunities to generate
improvement.
At Cardinal, "good enough" is simply not good enough. Our
cost-effective approach adds value and reduces our customer's risk
exposure. Cardinal provides a quarterly "Quality Satisfaction
Review." Every three months the president and/or vice-president
will provide-in person-an analysis of all communication and
operating procedures that have taken place since the previous
meeting. Facilities, safety, and H.R. personnel from each company
are encouraged to participate. This "best practice" procedure
evaluates the level of listening and communication, ensuring that
our performance continues to exceed your expectations.
