Robert Zielinski – General Manager

Robert has been in the janitorial business his entire career. He supervises all operational and customer relationship activity. As an avid Chicago Bulls fan, Robert enthusiastically supports his favorite team both at home and at work. His office is a must see when visiting Cardinal. Barbara DeGrado – Executive Vice President

Katherine Nicholson – Senior Executive Assistant

Izabela Wegiel – Operations Manager

Andy Jatczyszyn – Purchasing Manager, Specialty Services

Andy is responsible for the order and delivery of all supplies and equipment. He researches each specific purchase in detail in order to produce the best results for Cardinal as well as our customers. Andy also coordinates equipment and supplies delivery for new locations and is essential to any transition process. Randy Griffin - Quality Assurance Manager

With experience as a janitorial service professional for over a decade, Randy is another key liaison for Cardinal's consistent quality care. Randy will work with you on all of your cleaning needs. He provides quality inspections, new employee training, issue resolution, and will assist with all specialty projects within your facility.
